Payment for your booking

Your deposit of 50% of the total price is please due on booking, the remaining balance is then due 3 weeks before your stay. For stays booked less than 3 weeks in advance full payment is due on booking.

Booking terms and conditions

On cancellation of a booking the 50% deposit is retained and, once the 50% balance has been received (or 3 weeks before arrival, whichever is soonest), both deposit and balance are retained. Your balance can only be refunded if an alternative guest books at the last minute over your original dates. Any refunds will be issued by bank transfer.

On your arrival

Jinks and Steve aim to be here to welcome all guests on arrival. If for some reason they are not able to, the front door to The Dairy / Shepherd’s Hut will be left unlocked for you, with the keys in the porch / on the table.

Check-in & check-out times

Both The Dairy and Shepherd’s Hut are available to check-in from 4pm. On your final day please check-out by 10am.

There are many places to stay in Sussex and we thank you for choosing to stay with us. We hope you greatly enjoy your stay. If you would like to come again we offer 10% off to returning guests making a further booking within 18 months. Please remember to mention this when making your next booking.
